Email spec@jxs.co.za when filters clog faster than the care sheet predicts, when HMI glare changes after a layout move, or when a gateway starts dropping after a humid week. Include city, panel photo, and which care step already failed. We would rather get a short honest mail than a long panic thread.
If you are mid-cutover, say which weekend window you still have. If you are municipal, say which spare part you can actually reorder. If you are OEM, say which label pack the customer already signed. Care is operational, not ceremonial.
